Follow CSSC's Road to Glory in 2011

at a blustery CSSC match
CSSC went home without silverware last season, and the squad was looking to stock the cabinet in 2011, settling some old scores on the way. Unfortunately, the only silverware actually added to the cabinet was a plaque for the Manitoba Soccer Association "Fair Play" award. Apparently, despite the presence of Nick Zif, we are Manitoba's cleanest team (as measured by the sum of yellow and red cards received throughout the season, meaning that we could be really dirty, but we are really good at not getting caught, or we stay just under the booking threshold). Despite the stain of the Fair Play award, we will be back next year for another stab at President's Cup and League glory. When the snow thaws, you can once again check on the squad roster, follow the weekly match reports, check out the standings, and find out where and when you can come out to cheer on the squad at their next big match. In the meantime, CSSC has launched an indoor team, competing in the celestial heights of the MMSL Fourth Division at the University of Manitoba's Indoor Soccer Complex.
